Overview
Optimum Nutrition Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein is a casein that SuppSaver compares across 10 Australian retailers. The best price we're currently tracking is $139.95 at Mr Supplement, which works out to $11.33/100g protein — the true-cost figure we rank every casein protein on. That comes to roughly $2.64 per serve. At 71% protein by weight, the cost per 100g of actual protein — not just powder — is what decides whether it's good value.
Retailer prices shift week to week, so we re-check every listing nightly and rank by true cost per 100g of protein rather than sticker price. That lets you see whether Optimum Gold Standard 100% Casein is genuinely the cheapest casein protein on the market or simply discounted right now. It's listed in 1.8kg, 910g, 850g and 820g. Shoppers rate it 4.8 out of 5 from 40 reviews. Use the price history, the per-store breakdown and the alternatives below to confirm you're getting the best deal before you buy.
